The Faculty Council of Education in Alexandria University has recently discussed the decree of the Council of Education and Students Affairs to pay 150 EGP with the tuition fees of the final year as special fees to issue the graduation certificate. The Council of Education and Students Affairs suggested the following:

1- Prepare special program on the computers to write and edit the certificates.
2- Determine the type of papers used for the certificates.
3- Formation of a committee to provide and study suggestions for the design of the certificate.
4- Define the security factors of the certificates.
5- Determine a transition period to exhaust the current stock of papers certificates.
