The student Noha Abdel Fattah Haridy discussed her Master thesis in the Faculty of Education, Alexandria University. The thesis is entitled "the requirements needed to apply job rotation – field study in Alexandria University".

The Discussion and Arbitration Committee is consisted of Prof. Saief Al-Islam Ali Matar as a supervisor, Dr. Omaima Helmy and Dr. Abdel Razek Mohamed Zayan.
