First: Vision of the Department:

The Department of Educational Management and Learning Policies at hte faculty

looks forward to leadership and excellence in the field of preparing and developing

leadership and administrative cadres and researchers in the educational sector at all

administrative levels to compete locally, nationally and Arably in accordance with the

requirements of the technological age, and comprehensive quality standards.

Second : Mission of the Department

 The Department of Educational Management and Learning Policies contributes to preparing

leadership and administrative cadres and educational policy makers to work in the educational

sector, by providing them with specialized educational administrative knowledge and the use of

the latest technological methods and acquisition of the ethics of the administrative work. 

The department also aims to prepare researchers to develop administrative knowledge and use

it to solve educational management problems ; which contributes to the development of the faculty,

university, community and profession, as well as preparing advanced teachers who are able to lead

school and classroom work.
